 Architectural Statement:

MALHAN One is a n architectural landmark office building centrally located near Ashram Chowk, Close to DND Toll Road. It is eminently suitable for MNCs or large Indian National Companies.

The building has a Total Usable Area of 35,000 square feet and is equipped with modern amenities to create a work environment conducive to productivity. Besides being equipped with technologically advanced facilities to meet every demand of the work environment, this complex has 100% power back up and is fully air conditioned to facilitate smooth flow of business operations. The complex has a dedicated parking area in the basement and on the stilt floor for the benefit of users as well as their visitors.

The building features a 50 feet high atrium at the entrance with huge pyramid roof flooding the interiors with natural light.
