The primary vehicular access is internal through the visitor car park attached to covered walkways and shop fronts. A long street frontages separate covered walkways encourage secondary pedestrian access. This strategy of dual access building provides for adaptability. The resultant buildings are more transparent which makes them welcoming while assisting casual surveillance. Other buildings along north and western boundaries are approached through vehicular access on Paluma Rd.
