Architectural Statement:

Malhan One Sunlight Colony  is a commercial architectural landmark office building centrally located near Ashram Chowk, Close to DND Toll Road. It is eminently suitable for MNCs or large Indian National Companies.

The commercial architectural building has a Total Usable Area of 35,000 square feet and is equipped with modern amenities to create a work environment conducive to productivity. Besides being equipped with technologically advanced facilities to meet every demand of the work environment, this complex has 100% power back up and is fully air conditioned to facilitate smooth flow of business operations. The complex has a dedicated parking area in the basement and on the stilt floor for the benefit of users as well as their visitors.
